2. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment.
- Refunds are only available if you have not exceeded 20% of your plan's usage quota during the billing cycle.
- No refunds will be granted after substantial usage or for violation of our Terms of Service.
3. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
- Partially used subscription periods beyond the 7-day window
- One-time fees or add-on services
- Accounts terminated for policy violations
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@api.airforce with your account details, payment proof, and reason for the request. We may require additional information to verify your claim.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
6. Compliance with Applicable Laws
This Refund Policy is intended to comply with relevant consumer protection laws, including:
- European Union: Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and related Member State laws, providing a 14-day withdrawal right for certain online contracts (unless exempted due to digital content being consumed before the withdrawal period ends, as outlined in Article 16).
- United States: Applicable state and federal refund regulations, including FTC guidelines on refund representations and California Civil Code §1723 for retail refund policies.
- People’s Republic of China: E-Commerce Law of the PRC and Consumer Rights Protection Law, providing rights to return or request refunds within mandated periods for certain transactions.
- Russian Federation: Law on Protection of Consumer Rights No. 2300-1, allowing refund claims in compliance with local regulations, including provisions on remote sales.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may amend this Refund Policy at any time to maintain legal compliance with evolving consumer protection frameworks worldwide. Updates will be reflected on this page with the latest revision date and, when required, communicated to affected customers in advance.
